Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange for store credit under the following conditions: 

Items must be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

We issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card once your return is received and approved.

Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on our website. 

Email us at thesaltandsand.co.llc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.

We’ll respond within 3 - 4 business days with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll email you your store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
